Download in Selekt under Settings ▸ Plugins (Pro). macOS: run Install Selekt.pkg — then skip to step 3. Windows: unzip the .zip.
Zip install only — File ▸ Plug-in Manager… ▸ Add, then select the Selekt.lrplugin folder.
In the Library grid, select the photos you want your client to review.

No. The plugin is built for Adobe Lightroom Classic (version 10 or newer). Lightroom CC / cloud is a different product with a different system, and isn't supported.
On macOS, take the DMG: Install Selekt.pkg installs the plugin and the keyboard shortcuts in one step. The ZIP is for Windows — or for installing manually via Lightroom's Plug-in Manager. You'll pick DMG or ZIP inside Selekt, under Settings ▸ Plugins.
Right-click the installer and choose Open, or approve it under System Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Open Anyway, then run it again. The plugin is built by Selekt and only talks to Selekt's API.
No. It reads the photos you select and uploads copies to your Selekt gallery. Your catalog and originals stay untouched — the plugin talks only to Selekt's API.
The macOS installer sets them up automatically; zip users run the bundled install-shortcuts.command once, then restart Lightroom Classic. ⌃U Upload · ⌃S Sync current view · ⌃⇧S Sync all galleries. Change or remove them anytime in System Settings ▸ Keyboard ▸ Keyboard Shortcuts ▸ App Shortcuts.
On macOS, the plugin writes logs to ~/Documents/LrClassicLogs/Selekt.log. Include the relevant lines if you reach out to support.
