The plugin is planned to work with both Sessions and Catalogs, so it fits into your workflow instead of asking you to change it. Send selects from either, and the gallery link comes back the same way.
On the way back, Selekt's labels line up with Capture One's color tags: green for approved, yellow for maybe, red for rejected, blue for needs edit. Star ratings and picks sync the same way, so your client's decisions land exactly where you'd expect — on the image, in the catalog.
